7.2 C.S.1 Request: Altiverb Bug
Hey Digi, can you fix the Altiverb routing problem? Using Altiverb 5.4.6 in Pro Tools 7.2 has a problem with creating a mono aux track and then placing a 5.0 verb on it. The problem seems to be when trying to get a" Center" track bleed there is no audio coming out of that channel. The meter in the plug-in shows there is audio, but no sound comes out the track. The rest of the tracks seem to work fine, i.e. Left, Right, Left Surround, etc. Just no center. The problem is resolved by creating a stereo aux track and using a 5.0 verb on it, but that is not always good to do when using mono audio tracks in your session. The fine folks at Audioease say it is a known issue with Digidesign, so I guess that puts the monkey on your back.
Can you fix in 7.2 C.S.1? Pleeeease?? Thanks, Mike
