Default Overlapping Regions

Is it possible to overlap regions. I understand that I could just create another track but, doubling ALL my tracks for this purpose is a bit too much!

One example I have is a left, mono, overhead track. The end of region 1 is a kick and crash and it decay's to silence. The next region (region 2) is another kick and crash and then the rest of the drumline. I want region2 to continue to play as region1 decays.

This is one example of MANY I can think of.

Overlapping regions is a concept I've grown used to with another program and am quite proficiant when I have such a feature.

Thanks for youer time.
Dustin

Use a crossfade.

A crossfade is still what you want to use. There are a several settings in the crossfade window, try working with those. Reading the manual is always a big help too.
