I've bumped it up the support team. While waiting for their response, please try deactivating your license completely using your iLok License Manager and re-activate and see if the same issue occurs.

I open an old task, but I have the same problem. I opened a ticket 04072580 for a case.

In avid portal the subscription is Active and expires on Nov 28 2021, but iLok shows it expired on Nov 29 2020.
I try to close and reopen cloud session, but nothing change.
I try to disconnect and reconnect the iLok account, but nothing change.
ILok show only the oldest licenses.

I am having the same problem. I renewed a month ago and i tried refreshing the license in ilok manager but I keep getting the message that it's pending. How did you solve your problem?

Default ProTools not opening, iLok not refreshing

Hihi,

In my Avid account, everything looks up to date with my monthly auto-renew plan expiring 4/28/21.

I haven't opened PT in a few weeks and my iLok license manager is telling me ProTools expired on 3/28/2021 and has not been renewed. I updated everything in myAvid, restarted, and tried refreshing but it is "pending" and nothing is happening.

Any help would be great, thanks!

I just ran into the same thing tonight?! No matter what I do in the Avid Link, iLok license Manager, nothing works. Avid Link says I'm all up to date, iLok says no. What the heck is going on?

Found your product/account and your licenses are active. Please Synchronize your iLok or Close All Cloud Sessions > Open Your Cloud Session in iLok License Manager and reply if still having trouble. Your account also shows that the product is registered to your school with you as a Contact. If this is your Subscription please contact CS using the Access The Support Center link in my.avid.com to correct that.
