Renewing my Support
I purchased an annual renewal for my Pro Tools for Teachers.
I have verified my eligibility through the identit-e website and have received a Renewal Code. I don't see anywhere in my Products area to enter this code to keep my Annual Support plan current. These are the directions that I am following: 1. Login to your Avid Master Account at: https://account.avid.com 2. Click on "My Products and Subscriptions" and locate the product you are renewing 3. Click "Renew Support" to reveal renewal options 4. Enter the Renewal Code above in the box labeled "Enter Support Renewal Code" 5. Click "Submit" to apply your renewal to this product. Once the page refreshes, you will see the updated "Time Period" dates above "Renew Support" I can do #1. I can do #2. I get stuck at #3 (see attached pic) Can anybody help me try to figure out what to do next? Please...my Annual Support plan is about to expire.... |

I haven't received a reply from Avid. Are there any other education customers who have renewed their support plan? Avid, are you there?..... |
