Latest OSX to run Pro Tools HD 10.3.10 ?

I´m working on the same system as you and have not such "chronic dropouts" - the only thing that appears sometimes is after a restart the midi express is greyed out in the audio-midi setup - I´ve found out that a workaround is to duplicate the configuration and switching between the configurations fixed this issue

I'm running this system:

2010 Westmere Mac Pro 12-core
OSX 10.9.5
PTHD 10.3.10
MOTU Mico Express

And haven't experienced any MIDI dropouts or issues of any sort. It's the same MOTU driver I believe.

Are you running any other MIDI devices?
