Default how to preserve plugins that I have selected in PT2018 after delete databases...?

I often make my own list of plugins in the opening of the plugin list in PT2018. So they are are ready to use quickly. Eq's, comps, trim and so on...

But when I delete Pro Tools Databases and Preferences all my "preset" are gone and I have to start from zero.

Is there a trick in PT2018 to preserve those plugins I have "highlighted" to be used rapidly?

Thank You for your answer. I have used Trasher many year, but I still don't know how to preserve plugin "preset" on the plugin folder.

Close Pro Tools, then use Trasher to back up Preferences, then use it to delete Preferences and Databases, empty the Recycle Bin, restart the computer, use Trasher to restore Preferences, then start Pro Tools.

Trasher doesn't have a way to just delete the databases? Or preferences? Pete Gates's Mac utility let's you delete things separately.

Yes, it has all of that and more, especially the latest version.
