Pro Tools 10 launch problem - Windows 7 (32 bit)
Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone can help with this problem. Whenever I attempt to launch PT 10.3.2, the status bar loads about 3/4 of the way, showing 'DAE Loaded' above it, then stops loading. The information message below pops up... Could not allocate memory for the disk cache. Try lowering your disk buffer (DAE Buffer), disk cache size, or engine voice count. If you got this error on launch, delete your prefs try again (-9514) (OK) When I click OK, the PT 10 launch page and info pop up close down. I'm a new user to Pro Tools 10, so any advice to get past this point, at least, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
