C24 does not POWR ON...!

I had the "power failure" suddently in my studio.
After I picked up the electric switch back - all the equipment back to work - only the C24 does not work ...!

How do I know if it is the power provider failed or something else on the device?

If this malfunction in the device - Do I need to send all of steamed laboratory device
Or i can fix it in my country (Israel)?

Sending such a heavy product to another country - it says:
A lot of money for shipment
Lot of time in the studio without the device will make losses ...

Have you checked the fuses? Unfortunately I can't tell you, were they are exactly. But that would be the first thing I'd check.

You mean the device internal fuse?

The first thing I need to check - Is the transformer went ... and I do not know how to check it.

If the device internal fuse burning - Is it complicated to repair?

Unfortunately, I cannot answer that question. It's just, whenever something smokes I look at the fuses first, because usually they are cheap and easy to replace...
