B&H includes the iLok. So if you miss the window of opportunity, you can still get it for the same price from AD.

Well it is tied for best deal, since an iLok is about $50

You have to make an account and put the Pro Tools 10/11/12 bundle into your cart. Then it'll be discounted to $299.
