I have mac's and pc's. I run windows on mac's in both dual boot and parallels. I am getting ready to build a hackintosh as well to really mess things up.

It's all good!

I just build a Hackintosh using an HP Z800. It runs like a beast on both OSs!

I stay in MAC OSX for all the audio stuff since I think it runs better, and switch for Windows for video stuff and some VST to RTAS plugins. Anyway the performance of this computer is just great, no matter which OS I use.

In MAC OSX 10.8.5 is seen as a Mac Pro 4.1 (I have used my legal copy of Mountain Lion to build it)

Windows 7 Pro 64 SP2.

And I bough it for $ 670 in Ebay, used and 3 years old.

Everything's compatible? The Z800 series are basically a PC version of the Mac Pro. Right now I'm sitting in front of a monster Z800 with dual Xeon X5670 Hexa-core. This thing eats Pro Tools for breakfast. Having dual boot would be amazing.

Just for the record MAC = PC
same hardware architecture, MAC became a PC when they switched to the Intel platform.

It's MAC vs Windows I wish people would finally get that under their thick skins :)
