I don't understand why if someone is doing a fresh install, why they would even consider using anything other than the link I provided in my topic. 10.13.2 and immediate upgrade to 10.13.3 is no different to 10.13.3 full installer, and 100% verified safe, given to me from someone who is actually a well known producer who simply gave me the downloaded app shop installer. It's as legit and safe as it gets.
