Lol... Amazing!!! I've been a loyal PT user for about 10 years and then this...providing a download link for guys already bought and have the license on the ilok should not be that hard.

That doesn't mean we are waiting weeks to do them. They are being handled in batches and many will likely be completed this week. I already started a case for thewiz and will look up DJs account... [update- found your case DJ]

I even have an open support case about this dating back weeks already...

I am so glad I don't rely on Pro Tools anymore to pay my rent. It has been like 3 years since I have been in here.......I moved on to greener pastures.......Ableton.....but am back to give 12 a shot.

Are we supposed to check our accounts everyday for 12 to hit our account, or will there be a notification email sent. As of 3/23 PT12 has not been deposited in my account. Purchased in early December
