You pretty much need to Google anything you are looking for and type AVID or DIGIDESIGN to find exactly what you need in the fastest way. Browsing that site is so twisted.

Go to "My account" (top right of Avid HP) and sign in. This will lead you to the WebSite where u will find all the required informations:
What you suggested is the first thing I tried. It did not lead me to finding my downloads and keys then, and still does not now.

Thanks all!

I looked in every database that I could, and was not able to find any products registered under your name or email address. The only thing I found was your login account, last accessed in July, but there are no store orders or registered downloads there.

If you registered the 2 Mbox 2 units or purchased a software upgrade under a different name or email address, you should contact Customer Service with that information so they can help you find what you are looking for.

If nothing is registered, then there would be no registered downloads or authorization codes.

Still, that quote was funny....let's see if a smiley works with my edit.....

I just want to add that from the perspective of a new user, in www.digidesign.com anything can happen.. or may not happen! if you can reach the same place in two different occasions, well, is extraordinary! I mean, not always, but is difficult to get some detailed info sometimes. And is true, with Google I get all the information that I needed when I was researching about some information.

Out of pure frustration trying to find something on that horrid website, I just thought I'd give this a good bump.

Anyone know where the RTAS SDK info is?

...off to pull more hair out...

I'm beginning to think they don't want you to find anything but marketing for new products...finding tech information is virtually impossible to navigate.

I don't think it's available to the general public (the SDK itself, I mean).

Click on Search Avid.com at the top of the forum
put SDK in the search window at the top of the page.

4th result: Avid | Developer Programs

Under Audio, this link which includes information and the link to apply:
