Having the same problem. I contacted tech support.
My license is showing as expired in my iLok Manager, but it shows as active online. Please help, I have a project I need to get open by tomorrow. My case number is:03160267 Best, Kyle |

Same issue here... It seems so bizarre to me that this issue has been going on for so long and at such scale...

Yeah, this is very disappointing. They have been working my problems for two weeks now with no resolve. The time is running out for my liscence to expire.

Just posting here to add my name to the ranks of frustrated PT users. Wish Avid would get it together and find a fix for this issue; seems like it's been going on for quite a while now.
