big problem with MBOX

i bought pro tools 10 last week and i bring the MBOX to home today.after the installation, i start the MBOX program. a problem report disappeared as follow:"Mbox quit unexpectedly". i can't open the program and dunno what i should do...

i am using mac book pro 2011 10.7.2version.i also installed the latest Mbox device driver(Mbox_OSX 1.0.21)

how can i solve this problem?

Try to uninstall the driver and reinstall. Repair permission.

I tried to reinstall the driver many time.however,same problem happened again...installation process didn't ask me for permission,what"a that?
