space v18.1 no licence

In my Avid account I have space v18.1 and each time I install it,when I start PT it tells me that I dont have a licence for Space.....then why is it in my account??
What am I doing wrong?

You'd need a Space license (standalone or in the Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle) or a valid Pro Tools Plan or Pro Tools HD Plan to authorize Space. Do you have any of those?

Space is also part of the Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle. Have you looked in your account 'Products Not Yet Downloaded' to see if you have the bundle license that hasn't been claimed.

Yes Jeffro I have Pro Tools update automatically every year.....is that enough??
In Products Not Yet Downloaded I have nothing.

Now today the same thing happend with Falcon.....is this a case where I have to ask for the free activation,because these 2 Products where given to me free from Avid .......and that`s very rare,to have something free from Avid.

Acually Chuck there is something in the Products not yet dowloaded but when I try to activate it it gives me this......

I like to do Music these things are getting to complicated for me, I`m getting old I guess.

Sorry for all the fuzz I told you I`m getting old....found a hidden licence in my Ilock it was called Pro tools Plan....don`t know how I succeded in hiding it but this solved the Space Licence ...it`s working now.....and I`m sure the Falcon problem will be solved soon because its too early to have the activation already.
