installing Transfuser full on Transfuser trial

Hi, I just bought the boxed version of Transfuser full.
I'm installing on the trial version.
Should I uninstall the trial before installing the full version?
Will I lose my work with the trial instrument?

(iMac 10.5.6 4 GB Ram, PT8)
