Default How long for PT10 upgrade email after registering new copy of PT9?

Hey guys,

Just picked up an mbox pro with PT9 bundle. I'm supposed to be able to get the PT10 upgrade. I registered PT9. How long does it take to get the email to download PT10?

Thanks!

I just bought an HD Native card, that came with 9HD. Upon registering it, I got an email, I assume automated, telling me that my HD10 iLok asset had been deposited since it was a free upgrade. So for me, it took about 2 hours.

Tim

Ok, cool. I registered about 40 minutes ago and got two auto-replies, but neither mentioned PT10.

Yeah, I was wondering and about to send Avid an email when mine showed up. So stand by, it shouldn't take too long I think...

It took around three hours for me to get the free 10 license and download after registering 9.

I registered my Pro Tools 9 w/ Mbox Mini a week ago and no email yet.

I guess I should contact support.
