Default Memory Locations window won't show

I am using ProTools LE 8.0.3 on a Macbook running Snow Leopard. I'm starting to work through the book "Mixing in ProTools Skill Pack" by Brian Smithers and it comes with a CD containing practice sessions. The book instructs me to jump to certain memory locations but I can't get the memory locations window to appear even after selecting Window>Memory Locations. All the other windows under "Window" appear just fine (Transport, Big Counter, etc.) but nothing happens when I select Memory Locations. Help!

I wonder if its showing, but is shrunk up so small that its tough to spot. Toggle it to show and hide and watch along the top edge of the screen. Or maybe drag the edges so the entire PT window is smaller than the screen and see if maybe you can spot it that way. Once you DO find it, you can click-drag the bottom corner of it to a larger size

Thanks, Albee. I tried that but I still can't find it--I've moved the PT window around so if it was hidden behind that window I would see it but it really seems to not be there.
