Wonderful news Eddie, thanks for the effort and for letting us know ahead of time.

Yay!! Fixed!! It's so much better!
However, i did notice the Monitor control on S3 still accelerates beyond physical movement. (says in the notes the this was addressed).

Which knob is that ? Do you mean the Dock or the Physical I/O control ?

Sorry, I should have clarified.
All the level controls for the S3 AVB (accessed by Expand/Page + Page).

update**
Now, this is going to sound really weird, but I just jumped in there again and they're better than a few minutes ago.. i.e. they don't run on after a fast twist.
It's like they needed to be accessed, then left and then back in again. (That sounds confusing).

great update!!! Love it!

We only updated the EUCON knobs, didn't think the hardware controls needed anything. Hopefully its all OK now.

So it doesn't apply to the - "The Control Room/Monitor knob is linear (no acceleration)" on the S3?

Only Eucon Monitoring knobs. Is there a problem with the S3 internal I/O knob control ?

Just a slight one.
When a adjusting the encoders, they have a tendency to overrun, when turned quickly.
I don't tend to use it very often, but it can be a little disconcerting.

The response of the knobs is definitely better. Much more predictable and much more useable.

In an IDEAL world, I would have liked user adjustable controls for acceleration, and sensitivity but still.... the new improvements get a definite thumbs up from me.

Thanks Avid!
