Default Volume control for audition output?

Has anyone figured out how to rout audio through a fader when auditioning clips or using Audiosuite so you can reduce the volume? It is always ridiculously loud and I prefer not to change the master volume control unless absolutely necessary.

Interesting! Thanks so much for the tip. And once the audition level is changed it stays that way even though the Import audio window is not open?

Wouldn't it be nice if the level control was controllable from the Audiosuite plugin window or the Clip Bin?

What am I missing here? It is, right? Little volume number on the lower left hand part of the AS window.

I'll check it out. I have never noticed it or used it.

Yep it's there and when you click on it a fader pops up. Never realized it was there. It also controls the audition volume for the clip bin as well. Thanks, Brandon! You learn something new every day.

Actually you find this is on top of any workspace/digibrowser window. Just click on the value next to the little speaker button
