Eucon Control App S1 problems

I'm having constant problems with my Eucontrol system. I have 2 S1s and a dock, with 2 Amazon Fire HD10 tablets brand new in the S1s and an iPad Air in the Dock running 12.4.3. I'm having all sorts of issues, the S1s and Dock sometimes get disconnected, currently the iPad in the dock is not connecting. I open the Avid Control app on the iPad, I see it show up on All Surfaces in the EuControl app, but when I try to Add it to My Surfaces, Avid Dock disappears for a sec, then reappears without adding the control. I took screenshots to show this happening.

With a combination of restarting EuControl, closing and re-opening the apps, and restarting the computer I can get it all working properly, but something will eventually get dropped as I'm working and I have to stop what I'm doing to try to get it working again.

I just tried restarting EuControl, and now it won't see my S1s and Dock. After restarting all three devices, and closing and reopening the apps, I was able to get it all working again.

To try to fix this, I tried setting up a separate wifi router closer to my workstation, but that actually made things worse.

I don't remember having this many issues keeping the iPad connected when I just had the Dock.

just RTFM and switched the channel of my wifi router, seems more stable so far. Time will tell
