Axiom Pro 49 with PT 8.0.3 LE

Hello Forum!
I bought this Axiom not only for controlling PlugIns but also for fader adjustments etc. with the pt-mixer. I saw some of those promotion/information videos and was very impressed of the functionality...
But I can not do the same things... (ok, I have to learn and try, but maybe there are some tricks)
The PlugIns like Hybrid, vacuum, etc work very good with the Axiom but I have got some questions:

1) Is there a detailed description of hypercontrol and how it works with my pro tools? Or an in deep instruction for the Axiom pro?

2) I want to remote the PT-Mixer with the Axiom. How does that work?

3) PlugIns like the EQs do not have the Learn Function I have seen in the videos. Is this only working with the pro tools HD? If this is the case, why dont they tell it in the video?

4) On the MIDI-Contollers (Peripherals dialog) I can´t choose the Axiom. Why?

not really.. just the manual

what do you mean? the sliders should move on the PT mixer when you're in hypercontrol mode

it sounds like you don't have it installed properly or something. did you install the drivers? you will see the 'learn' functions when you do have a controller enabled.. same with the slider functality

Do I have to enable hypercontrol mode? I thought it was built in PT8. So how can I do this?

Supplied with the Axiom Pro is a HyperControl Guide, this guide will instruct you on how to configure Axiom Pro and Pro Tools.

From the guide:
Once the installation is complete, launch Pro Tools 3. Select “Peripherals...” from the Setup menu 4. Select the “MIDI Controllers” tab from the window that appears 5. Click the first “Type” drop-down menu and select “M-Audio Keyboard”

This is what I meant with 4).
I can`t choose anything in this menu!

Maybe an installation mistake by me, but how can I fix this?
