Default Will pt11 native have disk caching as standard

Just a general wonderment or will it not be needed due to the software being 64 bit.

I know cptk2 is discontinued so just wondered if it were a hd feature or not needed at all now

No!

Confirmed on the webinar last night, disc cache remains HD only, along with various other goodies, such as VCAs, higher track/bus counts etc etc
