Error 9173 on Pro Tools 2018.12

Hello! I just installed PTs 2018.12 and have been getting error 9173 CPU issues.
I have a pretty solid setup and should not be experiencing this problem
This message occurs during playback with only Easy Drummer 2 running, no audio files and no plug-ins I have the buffer set to 512. Not even hitting 10% in the system usage CPU view and less than 4% system usage in the OS activity monitor.
I’ve read many posts about this issue on previous PTs versions but thought it would have already been addressed by Avid in this version

Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated. I don’t get it???

Mac Pro 5,1 mid 2012, 2x 3.06 GHz 12 core - 32 Gigs Ram
PTs 2018.12 Ultimate, 1-HDX Card -8x8x8 i/o

Not sure if it `s good for you , but some fixed this issue by simply going to

Setup
Playback Engine
Disk Playback cache size change from Normal to any number.EX 4G or 2G

Try by turning hyperthreading off.
