!!!!!!!!

Can't wait to get home!

Edit: I noticed that the Mac drives for the Firewire 410 (I'm running Windows XP with this) got updated. Does that mean that an update is not required for XP to run PT 7.0 or is one coming?

The M-Audio server is pathetic! Not only is the download slow and unreliable, but worst of all the server does not support resuming. This means that people will be downloading over and over and over until they get the whole thing. This process is self-defeating. Sad.

Well, my downloader is on its third attempt. I'd already downloaded about 40mb between the 2 earlier attempts, but since there is no resume those bits are gone. Surely, some webmaster at M-Audio must be realizing the shortcomings of not having a resumable server. It just started at 0kb with who knows how much more to go. This was poorly planned to say the least.

Hi everyone. I managed to download the file overnight. It took almost 7 hours to complete. The file is 85.8 MB (90,069,825 bytes) in size. I am glad it is in and will install tonight. I think I might still order a CD. Otherwise there are a few more downloads to do to get docs and drivers etc...

Have fun.....be patient.....

Larry

BTW, I was on my home DSL connection. 1.5 Megabits. I never saw anything over 100kbps.

Ok I am sorry if this has been asked but I did look around before asking.
I have M powered 6.8
Is there a way to update it to 7.0? And if so where?
Thank you VERY much

Stacy
