MBOX PRO 3 A/D mode not working how do i know its connected
My operation system is OS X El Capitan 10.11.3
i5 processor with 8GB Ram I'm using Pro tools First,Pro tool HD and Logic Pro X and other DAW's softwares 1.3.2 Mbox Pro Driver It doesn't work with anything or show anything in the system not even my Mac OS X sound system When I open the Mbox pro Driver window it says not hardware connect and not streaming It's connected cause ones I try uninstall the driver I couldn't unitstall the driver without connecting the cable(FireWire 800 to 400) after I connected only its uninstall that's mean it's working but won't show anything in the system. Any Idea to Connect my device?  *Can I get a New Activaton For this?

Do you have the Mbox power supply connected? Lights on the Mbox?

But its not original power adapter but same volt and amp
it has to be the original one ?

Yeah Mbox is working properly with standalone mode but not connect with FireWire AD mode is not working
Driver says Not steaming and Hardwere not connected
