Massive Pack 8 Installer

Anyone have any idea where I can find the Massive Pack 8 installers for:

Access Virus (original Red not Indigo)
McDSP Futzbox MP8
SPL MP8 Transient Designer + EQ Rangers

Really wish the Plug-In compatibility page had proper links which actually worked.

Can we go back to the Digidesign days of hard links?
