PLEASE HELP Eleven rack no input signal

I have no input into the eleven rack, its not reading any signal i put into it. Is there a reset or something i can do.

It doesnt get any signal in standalone or inside protools, guitar is fine, cables fine.

Nothing even through the headphones, what could it be. Im starting to get pretty freaked out about this now.

Well if you have gone through the settings and made sure you have your input and output set correctly, and volume up - and still no input, then you could try a hard reset

Hold down REV-MOD-FX LOOP while booting. This will wipe out any user created rigs also.

You may have to re-install Firmware 1.0.3 after this im not sure, never actually had to do a re-set myself.

that didnt do anything, i guess ill try to reinstall the firmware!

You may have an old stock unit. Is the clock set to 44.1? If so, try 48 and see if you get sound, if so, call avid for a swap.

How would i know if i have an old stock number i just bought it last week, the build is 0.6.2.0

are the older ones more prone to fail?

It's a known issue. I bought mine 1/28 and it had that problem. Avid was great about replacing it for me.
