Avid Control App Stuck on Soft Key Page
Hi there. Been having an issue with the Avid Control App (currently running version 2023.11.0.266) where the dock IPad gets stuck on the Soft Keys page. The tabs which should be at the top of the page are not visible so I'm unable to switch to any other page. (see attached)
Strangely this issue doesn't affect all users... to explain, the mac computer is networked (its a university studio) and has multiple users logging in. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue?
