Hi all.. I have an iLok issue.
I just installed the PT 9 Crossgrade from LE and for some reason I keep getting this error message when I try to authorize: One connected iLok can't be used with iLok.com and this account.
I've never seen this before, and quite frankly, I don't know what to make of it considering I've only had one iLok ever. Has anyone ever seen this, or know how to fix the problem? |

Make sure you have the latest client drivers form ilok installed.

And now that I look, when I go to the "Download Licenses" tab on iLok.com, it says it doesn't read an iLok.. yet it's plugged in and lit.
Almost seems to be two issues. On one page it says my iLok can't be used with the account, and on another page it says it can't read my iLok at all. |

Is the iLok lit up? Have you tried another USB port? Where did you get the iLok?

I'm having this exact same problem. Any new ideas? I filled out a little support message and now I'm just waiting for someone to email me back. There's no phone number. I'm dead in the water here. This is totally annoying.

HI Matt I had this problem and it turned out to be the browser. Try and earlier safari if you can or an early firefox. I got this reply from ilok ...........
Can you please attempt to synchronize with iLok.com using an alternate internet browser? Firefox 3.6 (and all earlier versions),Safari and Internet Explorer are all fully compatible with iLok.com. Chrome and Firefox 4.0 are not fully compatible, but we are currently working to resolve these incompatibilities. Hope this gets you running |
