Default M Box and Cubase on PC

I have a TDM system and Cubase (just for MIDI) both running on a Mac at the studio which both sync with with MTC through an internal connect (IAC bus). Is it possible to do this on a PC? I'm just more comfortable with Cubase for MIDI.
