Protools KEEPS CRASHING

My PT keeps crashing!.
As of yesterday, it's worse than ever!.
It started with my iLOK registration not being able to connect when I launched PT, no matter how many times I tried. I rebooted my Mac several times too, in the hope to clear the problem. No luck
(I don't have a physical iLOK key, so connect to my iLOK license via the web)

I've managed to launch PT twice today, for a short time, but then it crashes again :/

It's REALLY starting to irritate me.
Could this be due to internet connection being lost?.
(Although my Mac is showing full strength signal)

I've been working on my new album, all year, pretty much trouble free, so why this is happening now, is a mystery?.

Any ideas peeps?.

BTW, My subscription hasn't run out, if that's what you may be thinking :)

Mac? PC?
Had ist today that protools crashed a lot in one room
I deleted Pref and workspace and replaced it with a backup.
Also removed lots of unused Plugs from plugin folder.
My PT 2019.10 did not crash since 2 weeks.
