Lost license

I bought a perpetual license about twelve years ago. A few years ago I received the "Space" and "Eleven" plug in's as a reward for maintaining by update plan yearly. I have used the space plugin and eleven quite a bit. Last week after buying the new renewal and support plan for 2020, its saying that I don't have a license for both of those plug in's. I submitted a case but I have not heard back.
