I must be missing something simple...I cannot draw a line waveform. I'm trying to just do some fades on a midi track so I select "volume" to display and then I use the "pencil" tool. No matter which one "free" "triangle" "line" or whatever it makes stairs (best i can think to discribe it right now) its not smooth it adds points to the line and steps it down. Am I making any sense. [img]images/icons/confused.gif[/img]

Go to LE preferences under the Setups menu. Click on the Midi tab.
In the box after where it says "Pencil tool resolution when drawing controller data", type in "1" for the msec value. This will give you the smallest number of "steps".
