Got it up and going right now. It seriously sounds REALLY good.
It is a bit limited amp head wise at the moment. He says more are to come, but it has 5 gtr heads modeled and 3 channels of each amp, so the Dual Rec sim for instance has all 3 channels. 2 of the heads though are based off of variations of the 5150, so a bit different, but definitely related. It also has a 6th amp, a bass amp.

Spoke to Shane on another forum and said more amps are to come. they will be more like add on packs. You can purchase a plan to get all the amps for the next 3 years. Made sense for me to since I already owned V3 and it was pretty darn cheap to upgrade.

This is geared toward metal for the most part, though it has other capabilities! That is cool to me though as that area is quite limited in the plugin world. I will say I have owned multiple Dual Recs over the years and this was the first plugin where I pulled up the Rec and knew EXACTLY what it was and what channel it was on. That was strangely odd..... I do like the Eleven version, but the cab IR capability just sets this plugin apart in both versatility, tone and realism.

I was enough stupid to pre-order only upgrade to regular not a VIP version. Sad sad sad, but on the bright side I still have 11 Rack.

Hey guys, Shane here from Kazrog LLC / Recabinet. Just letting you know I am watching this thread now. There is an upgrade path from regular to VIP, just need to set it up. Use the support form on the Recabinet site for now if you want to upgrade from regular to VIP.

I've been using Recabinet v3 for about a year now, and it smokes.

V4. WOW! Right out of the box. No more pissing people off with my 5150 half stack.

This with a two-note. Best Amp sim there is.
