Virtual Instruments Missing

I've upgraded from PT9 to PT10, this week.

Firstly, I had to uninstall PT9, before installing PT10. I had no problems with the installation, but to my shock, the virtual instruments I used in previous recordings are missing.

Strike, Xpand, Boom etc are nowhere to be found.

I also checked the directory "C\Program Files (x86)\common files\digidesign\DAE\plugins", but they do not exist in the pluging folder.

How do i reinstall these instruments ?

You need to use the Avid Virtual Instruments installer to install those VI's. It should be available in your Avid account.

ok have the same problem after avid virtual instruments installed most of the structure sounds are missing and xpand loads but has no sounds.

ok tried again to load : 2 options plugins or content ? both need 0kb? tried plugins first, no go /uninstalled.....contents/nogo/uninstalled.. tried twice with both options/ nogo ! HELP PLEASE i like to use the natural gpiano with big legato strings
