Opening session too slow

Hi, here is a weird issue, I had everything working fine, and I have this 5 minutes song session with a lot of plugins. What is happening is that when I open the session it takes too much time loading the session, especially when is loading "building mix window" and all that, when finally loads the session everything is too slow. I have no idea about what is happening, but when is "building mix window" if I disconnect the usb cable, it loads everything smoothly, obviously when it loads the session appears a message that the mbox is not connected, so I don't know if is a hardware issue or not, because it was everything fine, the only change in the system was that i installed Finale, I upgrade to Pt 7.4 but the same happens.

Have you tried trashing preferences and databases yet? If not, please start there - info in the General Troubleshooting thread....
