Purchasing DIGI 002 and running OSX 10.6.8? What version of pro tools?
I am new to the world of digital recording. I am purchasing a used DIGI 002 and I'm wondering what version of Pro Tools I need to run properly on my MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard 10.6.8.
Would Pro Tools 8 be fine? I would appreciate any help.

Pro Tools 8.1.1 WILL work on Snow Leopard, however, the current version, or last Supported version of ProTools for Snow Leopard, is 9.0.6 - I THINK ProTools 10 drops support for the 002 (Not sure) you're best to look at the release notes, and compatibility documents for each version of ProTools.
