Can't create new project...

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to Pro Tools First and I'm having the same problem when trying to create a new project. I currently have 0/0 projects but when I click create button, I get the message "The maximum number of projects has been reached for this account".

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, making sure ILok is set up first, nothing works. What do I do? Can someone reset the account for me please??

Hi,
I've just checked and there are no cloud storage generated. I've already started a support case for this and have forwarded it to the IT team. I'll send you an Email once it's all sorted.

Thank you for the info. This is already with the IT team. We'll let you know once fixed through Email. You have the option to create Sessions instead of Projects(cloud based) since you're on a subscription version of Pro Tools. Sessions let you save locally on any disk including external ones.
