Default lost ilok How to change the authorized??

I received a letter from ILOK mail.
What should I do to change the authorized? Thank you for your help

The iLok (below) that you reported as lost was recently connected to our servers and action was taken to permanently disable it. This is irreversible as per the terms you agreed to, when submitting your RMA report. We have notified the publishers of the software listed below that your iLok and its licenses have been permanently disabled. You may want to contact these publishers to inquire about replacement licenses if you have not already done so.

You may reply to this e-mail, but please do not change the subject line, so that your reply will be routed to the proper support personnel. Thank You.

Did you report an iLok lost?
Contact the companies that you had licenses on that iLok and ask for replacement licenses to be deposited into your iLok account.

I'm not quite understanding your question

Replacement licensees will be deposited into your iLok account then you would put them on your new iLok.

Apparently you are a Pro Tools user, so at a minimum you should contact your local Avid representative in China, to get help in getting a replacement license for Pro Tools.

Your local Avid representative can probably help you with getting in contact with any additional manufacturers as well?

Well not a lot of clarity here... I am not sure what the question. Really is or wether just doing what the email says to do has been tried other not.

How did you obtain/purchase this license? From where?

Did you indeed report a missing iLok to iLok/pace?

What happened in response to that? Did you contact vendors like Avid with licenses on that iLok and did or did they not replace the licenses for you?

Did you find the missing iLok yourself?
