Around $200 million, according to the proposed stock swap announced in 1994, with the merger completed in 1995.

I do not work for Avid (their loss)...my only relationship with Avid is that of a customer (when I'm not too poor to buy stuff, like now)...and that hot administrative assistant...that's more of a "thing" than a "relationship" (that should keep them guessing for a while...)

Just rockin'...what more is there?

Yeah - I wanna sit on the board with you bill !!!!!

Then I could get all those nice high end avid toys as loaners

Then dedicate resources for the 11raxk box v3

Push some of the envelope of the design and functionality of the GUI - lets do it

And hopefully enough for a couple of cases of Ramen Noodle, since you wouldn't be able to buy much else to eat after buying the D-Control...

Of course that situation would be kinda like the one I faced with a couple of women I've run across in my life. I knew that if I took one of them home with me I'd probably have a heart attack and die right after Round 1, and the only thing I could think of regarding that possibility was, "And?"
