Crash on exit whenever VEP is loaded

PT11.01HD has given me a consistent crash whenever I load an instance of Vienna Ensemble Pro latest aax2 download and then exit.

The crash reports a bex64 event. I've tried 2 diferent soundcards on the same pc.

Is there anyone here that has VEP and PT11.01 running without crashes on exit?

My setup:
VEP 5 aax 64bit latest version, PT11.01HD fresh install after uninstall of 10.3.6 and reg clean, uninstall of all drivers etc

i7 3930k/32GB GSkill/2011 chipset
Asrock x79 extreme6 (not OC'd, all C states off, no HT, no turbo or speedstep or VT)
Windows 8 pro 64bit, standard DAW tweaks, recently updated during tests.
Soundcards tested: 1) Scope5.1 system on PCI extension chassis 2)RME Fireface

Is anyone running VEP with 11.01HD without crashes on exit?

1) If so are they both latest versions?
2) Is your network set to a static ip?
3) Have you tried low buffer settings like 64 or 128 samples?

Im getting this in Pro Tools 11.0.1 Native on Mountain Lion 10.8.4... its random but often

Yes with static IP

Loads fine and works fine until you try and unload VE Pro then it hangs and have to force quit

Works fine in Cubase 7 and Logic 10

Oh yeah... ENDLESS crashes

24 GB Ram

Now it's crashing not only when PT is open, but also when it's closing too... (if I'm lucky enough to make it through a session long enough to close manually)

But, to be fair, it was also crashing a lot before I loaded the new Vienna Ensemble in... seems to me that PT 11 was nowhere near ready for prime time

Just restarted and got this
