Major Help Needed
I did a fair share of reading and couldn't locate a thread with my exact problem.
So I just purchased a new Mac Pro. 3.5 GHz 6-core. 64G ram. Blazing machine. It has Mavericks 10.9.2 on it. I installed a fresh version of ProTools, 10.3.8 on it. When I opened up ProTools everything appeared to be functional. But when I went to add an Instrument I had only "TL Metro" available. I was missing all the factory plug-ins that I had yesterday on my iMac machine like DB-33, Mini Grand, Xpand2 and the like. All the other plugins appear to be present, just missing the instruments. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, PT10 is not supported on Mavericks.
You need PT11 to be supported, and even then the new MP has not yet passed the testing grid (but users have reported success stories).
