Digi CS Service
I have never had to deal with Digi CS or Tech Support in Europe before but Noby answers my emails or answers the Tech Support Line. I have even left a 3 messages no call back. Very Poor service. I am trying to get a replacement TDM Flex Cable for my HD rig. What's up Digi Europe???? Is anybody Home?

Which office are you calling? I have always dealt with the UK office and I have nothing but postive praise for those guys. If you are trying to buy a spare part why don't you go back to your reseller or another near you? That way you do not have to wait for any call backs?

I sent 2 emails over a week ago left 2 messages last week got a call @ 5.00 PM today only 10 days from my first email to get an RMA #
