Default MIDI Patch Names not matching up. Help

I have Pro Tools 7.4 LE, a Korg Triton Workstation Sampler, and Window XP Home edition. The problem that I am having is that the patch names on Pro Tools are not matching up with the patch names on my Triton. When I select a synth sweeper in Pro Tools the Triton plays a piano sound. All the names for the patches in Pro Tools are there but when I choose a sound in Pro Tools the Triton plays a different sound. I've tried Setup>MIDI>MIDI Studio Setup menu option, but when I choose the Korg Triton parameters the MIDI stops communicating. All I want to do is match up the patches.
