OK I am going public - bought PT on June 20th no PT 11 - 18 days

after the 6th email I set this:

I already sent my invoice before - you need me to send it again!
I have filled out 2 forms online (sent my dealer invoice) then had to deal with ( 6 from you )emails I already sent my invoice June 26th now you want it again!
And I still don't have my upgrade
I am having to beg now sending a third email to you - because you guys are not doing your job!
get your act together over there in Daly City
harassing customers is not cool! (That have been customers since 1988)
so here is my invoice again!!!

Hello Grant,

I see that you registered PT9 on June 6, 2013. Upgrade and plug-in promo codes were emailed to you on 6/6, 6/12, and 6/24.

You started a support case on 6/28 and CS responded with a copy of all the above codes on 7/1. There was no reply from you to this case.

All of this went to the same address you use on this forum.

Can you please check your spam folder?
