Default ilok Release Limit
Hey guys, i need some help.
Yesterday i tried to install 2018.4, which ended in a disaster, cause PT immediately forced to quit after starting it. With no real error report, just the "Pro Tools has to quit unexpectedly blablabla".
I updated my ilok manager software, still the same. i tried to start it with my MBP internal Audio Card, no change.

What i saw today in my ilok manger was, the my PT Perpetual license has a "release limit: Versions released on or before 20.01.18"

Does it have something to to with that?
I am completely lost and skipped back to 12.8.3. which runs without problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you try to deactivate your licence and reactivate it on your ilok... Maybe your licence must be updated...

yes i did several times. i also tried it with ilok cloud, that didn't work either

Then the best way is to start a support case and tell them your problem.
They will help you...
