Default convert 16 bit to 24 and sample rate

The concert soundboard audio I received is in 16 bit 44.1khz Is there a way to convert it to 24 bit 48000khz? My camera audio was recorded in 24 bit 48000khz and I need to blend the camera audio and the soundboard audio together and can't without the sample rates being the same.

Thanks,

Bryce

Easy. Create a new session at 24 bit/48K and import session data from the original and let PT convert on the way in

Did that but now the vocal track is sped up. The guy sounds like he's pitched up higher. If I leave it at 44.1 it sounds normal. This can't be right

You have to make sure you select the convert sample rate tab when you import the audio.

Exactly^^^^ You didn't convert, so you now have a 44.1K file that is playing back at 48K, which pushes speed and pitch up. In the Import Audio window, find the file you want, click on it once(not twice) and then click the CONVERT button.
