Default expand simple question

all of a sudden when I play a piano glissando not all the notes are playing- like it's only set to play 16ths when I'm playing 32nds (something like that) Half the notes are dropping out. What did I change?

Maybe not so simple question. I've noticed that there's no problem in other sessions set up the same way. Can't figure out what's different. other than the session it's occurring in was imported from anther person's HD system.
Anybody?
